Nika Arast has called the Dallas area home for nearly 30 years. Originally Persian, she spent her early years in Germany before her family settled in Dallas during her high school years. She quickly fell in love with Texas and earned a degree in marketing and sociology from SMU. Before discovering her passion for real estate, Nika spent 10 years in advertising, including an exciting year working in New York City.
Real estate became a natural fit for Nika, combining her love for helping others with her deep connection to Dallas. Over the past decade, she’s helped countless families and individuals find their dream homes or get top dollar when selling. She also leads a talented team of women, inspiring and mentoring them to deliver exceptional service to every client.
Her dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed—Nika has been recognized as a Top 20 Producer, a Multi-million dollar agent year after year, and a DMagazine Top Agent, among other honors. She is proud of these accolades but finds even greater joy in seeing her clients happy and thriving.
When she’s not working, Nika is with her husband and three children, who keep her life wonderfully full. She’s also passionate about giving back. As the founder of Heart of Autism, a nonprofit supporting North Texas families and children on the autism spectrum, and a Board Member for 29 Acres, a community for adults with autism, Nika is deeply invested in making a difference.
In her downtime, you might find her enjoying a round of backgammon or ping pong (she’s pretty competitive!). Whether helping clients, leading her team, raising her family, or supporting her community, Nika brings heart and expertise to everything she does.
